Austin Arthur is dedicated to working with local organizations, residents, and mayor Shane Taylor to expand Oakland's Nature Preserve and ensure Johns Lake is protected for future generations.
As the only candidate endorsed by town leaders, he has the support needed to make this happen.
Austin Arthur is an entrepreneur, community advocate and former firefighter/paramedic. He and his brother founded Gymnastics USA, Florida’s largest gymnastics center, and own a digital marketing company. Austin serves on the boards of multiple non-profits, including Eight Waves for at-risk children, Challenge 22 to End Veteran Suicide, Lift Disability Network, West Orange Habitat for Humanity and others. To inspire others, Austin shares how his rocky early adult years lead to his success. Of all the titles Austin has held, his favorites are Husband to Kellie and Daddy to three great kids.
