SLOW THE GROWTH

AUSTIN ARTHUR
is the choice for

HUNTER'S CREEK

A Commissioner that will represent ALL of the District!

ISSUES

There are many issues I have identified in Hunter’s Creek during my early conversations
residents. Here are some:

"Surprise" Speed Bumps annoying daily drivers

Drag Racing and Cut-through speeding has been an issue that many Hunter's Creek residents are frustrated with. Instead of addressing this with a coordinated approach, Wilson introduced her "Surprise Speedbumps" that has since frustrated and concerned many drivers.

We need to focus and prioritize safety. But, we should do so in partnership with our Sheriffs office, HOAs, and residents. Not with poorly thought out band-aid "solutions"

Traffic caused by growth, especially from wild Osceola development

Hunter's Creek residents know that traffic, especially along John Young Parkway, is unsustainable. Wilson's disregard for smart development policies has led to congestion and flooding across Hunter's Creek.

We need to Slow the Growth along John Young Parkway and prioritize infrastructure needs first to help advocate against unwanted development.

No High Density Homes on Hunter's Creek Golf Club

The Hunter’s Creek Golf Club is part of our community’s heart and open space. The last thing we need is high-density housing on our golf course.

Austin Arthur is committed to this valued green space and will stand with residents to protect Hunter's Creek from unwanted development

Wilson's Absence Hurts Residents

Nicole Wilson's absence is well documented. Even her fellow commissioners have called her out on her refusal to meet with residents and other stakeholders. This absence of leadership has left Hunter's Creek with the problems it faces today.

When Sunrail wanted to plow through Hunters Creek along the 417, Wilson simply told residents, 'Sorry, I don't have a vote on that.'

That's not leadership. Austin will lead the fight alongside residents should this or similar issues ever arise again.
